We sell downloadable lists of investor contact information (“Lists”) delivered as Excel files. Each List is a digital product provided once, after successful payment. Lists are compiled from publicly available and commercially sourced information.

2. Payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars and are charged as a one-time payment.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

3. Delivery

Your List is made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed.

4. No refunds

Because Lists are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final. Purchases are one-time and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.

5. License and acceptable use

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the List for your own business purposes.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the List, in whole or in part.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when contacting anyone on a List, including anti-spam and data-protection laws (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA where applicable).

6. Data accuracy

We work to keep data accurate, but investor details change frequently. Lists are provided “as is” without warranty of completeness or accuracy, and we do not guarantee any fundraising outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a List is limited to the amount you paid for that List.
